*HISTORY*
Karia was the first child of Tethin and Kessla, well known members of the Assassin's guild in Norey. When her mother first became pregnant, she and her husband considered disappearing from the guild in order to raise a family properly, but in the end they decided that they loved their work too much to give it up. Instead of leaving their positions within the guild they chose to raise their children into the family business in hopes to gain control of the guild.
From a very young age Karia showed great potential and was quickly allowed to accompany her mother on jobs. Her mother soon found the benefits of having such a beautiful young girl, as she could easily get close to their target without suspicion. From the very start, Karia had a fascination with poisons, and therefore they became her favorite tool of the trade. By the time she was old enough to take assignments on her own, she had quite the collection of various poisons from all over Eire.
Being the oldest child, Karia was often left to take care of her siblings while her parents were away on business, sometimes for weeks at a time, and because of this she is very caring and protective of them. She is almost more of a second mother to her brothers and sisters than she is an older sister. Karia was also a mentor, helping as much as she could in training her younger siblings to take after their parents, especially in the art of stealth. She would do anything for her family and they come first over everything else in her life.
One day, near the end of her oldest brother Matthew's training, her mother had Karia take Matthew on an assignment. The two were supposed to infiltrate a bandit gang's hideout in the lower portions of Norey and assassinate their leader. In order to do this, they would have to join the gang's ranks and gain the leader's trust in order to make the kill and get out without being caught. Karia was to make the kill and Matthew was just there to observe and get better at blending in with whatever crowd he'd have to work with in order to complete a job. Since the two weren't well known around Norey yet, as Karia had only been doing small jobs on her own for just over a year, she decided that their alibi be siblings from a family in Northern Kanemoria whose parents died of a sudden illness. They came to Norey in hopes of finding work.
Karia and Matthew had no problems joining the bandit gang's ranks, and it didn't take long for Karia to seduce the leader and earn an invitation to dinner in his private quarters. Her plan was to spike his wine glass with a slow acting poison, so that she and Matthew could be well on their way home before it could take affect. Unfortunately the poison did it's job much faster than expected, and the leader passed out in the middle of his meal. Terrified of being caught too early, Karia snuck out of his quarters and to where she and Matthew shared a room. She barged in while one of the other woman in the gang, whom had grown jealous of Karia's fast path to their leader's trust, was leaning over Matthew's bed with a dagger. While Karia was having dinner, the woman had snuck into the room and planned to take Matthew's life as revenge. Karia quickly drew her sword and struck a solid blow to the woman before she had a chance to react. She grabbed Matthew and the two escaped the hideout before anyone else had time to realize what had happened.
That night, Karia vowed to never allow herself to let one of her siblings come to harm because of her actions during a job. She would never put her family in a position that they could be used against her, or her used against them. While working, she'd have no family, no friends, and no acquaintances that could point back to her. She would treat family just like any other member of the assassin's guild that she was forced to work with and give no hints that she even liked them. The farther she could distance herself from people she cared about, the less likely that one of them could get hurt because of her mistakes. Not that she wouldn't do everything in her power to keep them safe should something go awry, but she didn't want it to be her fault if plans did fall through. Karia also decided to only take jobs with her family if it were absolutely necessary, after all she did her best work solo anyway.
In order to make up for often treating her family like shit while working, she would often go overboard between jobs to make sure her siblings knew she cared deeply for them and wouldn't let anything happen to them. She spends as much time as possible helping them out, playing games, or just bringing up idle conversation. Karia does her best to not let anything bother her, or to appear sad or depressed in her family's presence as she sees it to be her job to be the strong one. She has to make sure that they know, no matter what happens, she'll always be there for them.
*PERSONALITY*
To those who actually get to know her closely, Karia has almost two distinct personalities, though the only people who get to know her this well are either extremely close, family friends or her immediate family. The first personality is that of a caring, loving sister who will do anything for her siblings. She'll never let her siblings see her sad or depressed, and does her best to cheer them up if they look like they're having a bad day. Her other personality is that of the cold, hard, seductive, and sly assassin while she's on a job. While working, her objective is her number one priority and nothing can keep her from completing that goal. She avoids working directly with her family members, as her preferred methods of assassination are much more private and she would rather not jeopardize one of her siblings if something were to go wrong. Karia takes her assignments very seriously, and when she does have to work with family she treats them just like she would treat any other poor soul who got stuck working with her. She tends to get close to her targets through seduction, using her good looks and charm to win their trust long enough to get the job done.

Karia has somewhat short, dark brown hair and brown eyes. She's slender and sexy, yet not so much that she can't appear strong and intimidating when she needs to be.
